Alton Browns ‘diet’ tips, advice, rules or whatever you wanna call them:
What to eat DAILY-
fruits, whole grains, nuts, leafy greens, carrots, green tea
What to eat 3X a week (at least):
Oily fish, yogurt, broccoli, sweet potato, avacado
What to eat 1X a week ONLY:
red meat, pasta, dessert, alcohol
What to NEVER eat:
Fast food, soda, processed meals, canned soup, ‘diet’ food
Now, he highly recommends sardines…and I will at least TRY them, but I gotta tell you, sardines smell like butt and I really have no desire to put one in my mouth.
